I'm trying to fix the "BSS Issue" but I cant find the "submissioncache"

I've tried opening the file named "osu!install" and it just opens osu! I am a computer illiterate so if anyone can help me figure out how to even find the SubmissionCache file so I can deleted the things inside it would be a big help! reference: wiki/en/Guides/BSS_Issues

I haven't been able to find that either however I've followed all the other steps before and that usually works (follow the first set of steps 1-7 then just skip to 9 and see if that works)

SubmissionCache is in osu!/Data, which is a hidden folder. You'll need to make File Explorer show hidden files to see the Data folder.
