一般来说重新安装能解决问题

看来是urlmon.dll的问题。。。可能损坏了。。。替换一个就好
附上一个解决方法

To fix the Urlmon.dll error, you first need to either restore the file from your installation CD or put a fresh copy onto your system.

1. First download this replacement urlmon.dll file from our site. http://personalcomputerfixes.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/urlmon.zip

2. Then click on “My Computer” and then browse to C:/Windows/System32

3. Locate the current “Urlmon.dll” file on your system

4. Rename the current file on your PC to “urlmon.dll.old” or similar

5. Place the new Urlmon.dll you downloaded into this folder

6. Restart your PC

This should replace the urlmon.dll file that is damaged and corrupted, replacing it with a new copy which should be fresh and readable. This should work for most people, but if it does not then you should proceed to the further steps.

如果不放心网络资源的话 找系统光盘从里面提取替换system32下的也好

我也跟他發生同樣的問題,以上的解決方法都沒辦法解決..怎麼辦阿~~~~
