Why is the Username "Cookiezi" and "rrtyui" Not allowed on changing your name?

I recently had the plan to change my name cuz why not? then i tried typing in random usernames and i saw that some username are already taken. I then had the idea to try out famous players usernames (pls dont ban me on that) then i typed in ofc "Cookiezi" it says that "This username is not allowed" then i tried WhiteCat and it just said "This username is already taken" ...
Why is the dialogue different when you type in Cookiezi?

This was made to prevent impersonation, causing unecessary bad reputation for people like him.

I remember when this rule doesn't exist someone has tried to name themselves Angelsim before...

Agreed on Zelzatter Plus Rrtyui is still RRtyui, Cookiezi's username is removed so no one can use the username cause alot of people want to have that username even Shigetora was taken already rrtyui is still rrtyui

to stop impersonation, staff sometimes locks users from people to stop other people from impersonating people ..
