should i map or ignore 1/8 parts of this song

A. 02:45:372 to 02:45:759
B. 03:14:792 to 03:15:179

details: the offset and timing is correct but there are 1/8 part that makes me think that (title above)

[02:45:372 to 02:45:759] 1/4 slider here is okay because you're representing the drum thingy (idk whats it called)
[03:14:792 to 03:15:179] this would be better with 1/4 slider aswell as it representing the bells

Did you mean 1/8 sliders because if 1/4 then i could just make it a normal stream. Is 1/8 streams or 1/8 sliders allowed? I kinda want to represent those low volume drums

no i do mean 1/4 slider like 02:45:372 (5,6) - if you can hear closely there are synth sounds on the white and red tick. this is good representation of the music as you were following the synths aswell on 02:44:888 (3,1,2,3,4) -

as for 03:14:792 (5,6,7,8,1) - you shold also use 1/4 slider here aswell. 03:14:792 (5,7) - there are bells and piano sounds here so using 1/4 slider is better as you were following pianos just before 03:14:405 (1,2,3,4) -

you shouldn't make it a stream as there are better sounds you could represent on that section

just a heads up 1/8 is fine AS LONG AS you know what you're doing, otherwise it'll just make the map unplayable.
