I think it'd be a pretty good mod. In most of the beatmaps getting a 50 or more, means that you can't get an S rank, which might annoy some people that are trying to S the map.
It would work like, you click once, and it shows you the Sudden Death Mod, which we already have in the game. When you would click the second time it'd show you the mod named, um something like "No meh's", eh I don't know what's good name for a mod, so if you want to suggest a name that doesn't sound like crap, go ahead.
I'm curious if you'd find it useful, or maybe it's just a bad idea.

If the mod couldn't be included in osu!stable, maybe it could be introduced as a new mod in osu!lazer.
