Currently there is only one option to adjust filtering for song select (difficulty filtering). I, personally, like to scroll through song select a lot and just play one of the many hundreds of maps I have downloaded. It's kind of a chore to go through my whole library and just mess around when the current scroll speed makes it take longer than a few seconds.
