My beatmap background won't show up. I don't know why. When I was making a beatmap, the beatmap's background suddenly disappears itself. How to fix that?

It is because you have storyboard that ends somewhere around 00:10:956 - here. By default, if a map has a storyboard, it will have blank black background.
If you want a static background even with storyboard, add the following line below on your .osb file:

Also looking inside the map, I see that you have a storyboard. You didn't have any code to make the bg appears throughout the song, that's why it disappears if that's what you meant.
