Outbreak Company came to mind immediately. I'm sure I watch plenty more but that stands out to me because I rewatch it a few times. It's enjoyable to watch personally.

There are some ,maybe 3dkanojo,saekano,gekkan shoujo nozaki-kun,gamers! These are awesome anime,i rly like gamers Especially,the plot and the design pretty well in my eyes for otaku mc ,watched it a few times too
