Now, I myself know little no nothing about computer specifications and how to build one (as a friend of mine helped me out with this), but feel free to consider buying the parts and building your very own PC! I believe that it's a good experience, and it sort of feels good like an accomplishment after booting it up.
If not, then be sure to just double-check some specifications on pre-built computers or even second-handed ones, as some may not be compatible than the other and that'll cause you troubles. (Since when I got my first prebuilt computer, it straight up didn't work and just shows the BSOD)

Can you tell how much is your budget and what do you want to do specific with the PC, so maybe we can help you.
For example: I want my PC can run GTA V or I only use it for school assignment and playing osu! or I want to do machine learning with it.
