The SB sounds... I'm not a fan of them. Mess with my rhythm. I think they are useless. But if you like them, keep. It's not an issue at all.
You should consider make an Easy.
Also, ask for a BPM check. Because of this:

At least AR -1, and the OD and HP +1.
[Hard]
HP +1
AR -1
OD -1
A lot of jumps/anti-jumps. Reduce 90% of jumps and don't use anti-jumps. This is a hard, not an Insane. And 12M is too high for a hard. Keep the notes where they are, but use the "Distance snapping" in at least 90%. 95% should be better.
[Insane]
The beats where they placed makes sense. But it's too fast. The map doesn't fit with the song. And 16M is too high for a score. You'll need an experienced BAT to check your map.
