I am pretty not sure if this is timing is right.... because when I test with this offset, I think there is nothing wrong with those offset. So you should contact Lybydose or orioncomet. They both are pro timing. BPM was correct, maybe? Also, don't forget to resnap the object (Timing -> Resnap all notes -> Yes)

1. Notes are really hard to see because of the skin or because of the combo colour on some parts of the SB imo ;_;
2. SB "4.png" shouldn't be "4.jpg" ?
3. cursor and cursortrail aren't really necessary :<
4. Quality of 1122 is bad D: I guess it's ok but...

7. This first kiai time of the map doesn't really fit imo since this chorus is quiet. The second one fit better because it's the climax of the song.
8. Your timing points are not snapped, it makes some errors like a spinner end without the audio down.
9. It feels like lot of beats are not mapped while some notes are not on the main beat. I think you should try to make a better timing for your map, all those gaps are weird.

-Why only have this difficulty with a custom name?
-Make the HP Drain different than Normal? (either by decreasing Normal's or increasing this one)
-The break on Normal is long enough, this one doesn't need to be any longer
