Y'know, I did some basic tests and I'm so-damn sick and tiired of those stoobid fruits phasing through my damn plate. I was wondering if there's some hitboxes that I can look at. Like a fighting game. Or some hitboxes accurate skin that I can use.

You can always check the skinning wiki and see the catcher dimensions and make your own skin, but you just have to get use to it
Please be aware !catch is a rhythm game (er... mostly) so pay better attention to the rhythm instead. The hitbox (or rather, line) is around the size of the plate.
