Pls help me find this song's offset/bpm i know it's hard to find cuz it's a metal genre song since metal are more complex than cute songs. Pls help me find this one :)

I expect this song would be have many red lines :( but im not sure too,also can you set that song into a beatmap ? So maybe it would easy to check for people

2:-BPM:196 Offset:14.458

and i got a question about this song: https://youtu.be/H9UaJ8vVUbE
the question is: on this song (i already tried timing it) should i toggle "Beat Snap Divisor" to 1/8 cuz the drummer on that song kinda messed up the 280 bpm and there are some 210 bpm (which is in between the notes of 280 bpm) so when i toggle the Divisor to 1/8 everything is now lined but it doesn't feel right :(

I will find the bpm and offset of the song after I wake up, I will sleep xD, and the question of the beats being wrong as soon as the divider changes, is because the offset / bpm is wrong, in any divisor, from 1/2 to 1/16 all ticks fit the song if it's correct.
