Made you h.264 versions of the song in 1024, 800, and 640 width at 16, 14, and 7 MB each respectively shrunk with a lanczos filter and a two pass conversion. I can't honestly tell the difference between the 1080p version and the 14 MB version unless I pause it. I'm unsure if the 1024 is rankable, due to size.

the video has 127 average bitrate AAC audio. so it's at the bare minimum, and I assume it's re-encoded from the original nicovideo, which is 96 kbps. Your audio is at 96 kbps, needs to be somewhere in between 128 and 192 kbps. I'll see if I can find better audio.

Nice map and song.
The only thing I noticed is that in [Normal] the approach rate was a bit too slow for me. Maybe increase it a bit? (like 2-4)

I will finish Starry Sky Remix when I get around to it. I'm making leaps and bounds on my mapping skills and jave ~20old maps that I need to update with my new skills. Starry Sky was my first.

Please don't abuse/rape/harass Kiai Time. I personaly feel it should accure only once in a song with a lenght of 40s max.

I suggest you drop the tick rate to 0.5. The diff look/sounds so much better without the extra ticks at times. :P

Easy
I also have no complaints about this as well.

Overall
This is one nice map!
Oh and, you could upload the 1080p video offsite and have it in your description for download. :)
