Mixed skins are not allowed in this forum I know that, but what if I made a skin from scratch, but 5% of the skin elements were used from other created skins, such as spinner parts and inputoverlay?

Then it's still considered as mixed too, I think. This thread about reporting mixed skin even requires one element (or more) to do, so yeah.
