What you said here was "Sui-chan is today also cute!". Now, this makes no sense, in both English and Japanese. You're implying that Sui-chan is a recurring day that is cute. Now, everybody knows that days are just days. They aren't directly cute, nor are they ugly or beautiful. They're just days. Now, you can discover something that's beautiful during the day, but it's never the day that is linked with a subjective adjective. It's always something within the day. So, we take this idea and build upon it in Japanese.
Therefore, the grammatically correct interpretation is:今日でもすいちゃんは可愛いですね~! Kyou de mo Sui-chan wa kawaii desu ne! "Sui-chan is cute, even today!"The "desu ne" adds an "aren't they?!" to the sentence. Its purpose is to imply an opinion to the sentence, i.e "zenbu no jinsei wa muri desu ne..." (all life is pointless...). Just felt like I should've included that explanation. However, we can emphasize this sentence even further, with:毎日ですいちゃんは可愛いね~! Mainichi de Sui-chan wa kawaii ne! "Sui-chan is cute everyday, right?!"As we all speak some amount of English, we should know that this implies that Sui-chan is always cute, 24/7. As Japanese dialect constantly prefers a shortened version of speech, we can shorten "desu ne" to "ne", as the "desu" is always implied with suffixes like "ne", "yo" and such.
Thank you for reading.

This is a correction to the often mentioned line in this thread, "Sui-chan wa kyou mo kawaii!". Because "Sui-chan wa kyou mo kawaii!" is grammatically incorrect. The proper line is "Mainichi de Sui-chan wa kawaii ne!", but Tad refuses to accept my linguistics support. Therefore, I can't do anything about it. So this argument I initiated was dead before it could kick off.
