i find CN Red Cross online donation has added a new option for Japan
if you want to donate on the way, plz ensure that you select the option of Japan
also you may donate to Yingjiang,Yunnan
the Red Cross Society of China...
in this way , you can use a Union Pay card or Master Card.
pay attention to some things if you want to donate
on the other hand , just send a msg to the Red Cross Society of China for donation . it wll be convenient for you.

If you don't have a credit card, you can use a simple bank transfer to your Paypal account. That's how I did it and as long as you have a bank accout, you should be able to as well

Correct, they have since announced their support. Note that I will not honour donations to US red cross, though.

I've donated a 1-year-support, to help Japan and i appreciate osu so much for doing this. i hope to get to donate again next year exclusively for osu!
As for the Japanese osu players and for all japanese i hope sincerely to them to be able to recover from this catastrophe soon enough, the Japanese are strong and united they can rebuild a new and even better Japan from the ashes and they have my thought and everyone's with them we are rooting for them. best of luck
