basically i want to make a custom skin in my map with only certain objects reskined and all other objects being up to the user's skin. but when i set to user preference, the custom skin has no effect. (and i have custom skins enabled)
Try checking your filename. Preferred skin has nothing to do with this. (It can only enable the notification to use other player's skin that you can download them on site, and that's pretty outdated nowadays)
