If you want to make that many and very detailed revision should I give you the psd instead? for the gif, I think if you want the gif to be smooth the file size will be really big, I afraid the image will be lagging. In case of the font colours, I already try the blue colours but I think red is more suitable for the images because it makes the image more 'alive' imo. For the font I have a bunch of fonts, it will be really a waste of time for search for that one font you want.

Hi, thank you for the bump. I'll be the first to request as I got a new icon from an artist I commissioned and I would like you to add some things to make it complete for osu!

Text : If possible, one for -aster and one without the dash in the front. If just one, then -aster
Size : 1000 x 1000 bc this is the highest quality the image was worked on with the set canvas by the artist. I'll work on the resizing from there if osu! messes it up ^^
Border : Yes, please do dashed. A white or slightly off-shade of white would be best
Shapes : Rounded, just like the way the website rounds images. Make sure the border goes around shape too, please
Extra : Please pick a font that you think that best suits my icon
