How to change color palette mid song?

At different parts of the song, is there a way to use different color palettes for combos during a specific section of the song? I cannot think of an example right now, but i feel like I have seen this done before.

I am sorry if this a noob question, because I am totally new to mapping, assume I know nothing.

I realize that there's an initial place to change the color palette at the beginning, but what about midway, or part way through a song? is there a way to switch between different color palettes between different sections of the song?

You can't change all the combo colors in the middle of the map but you can assign a specific color to a combo manually by selecting an object that starts a new combo and then clicking on the arrow next to the "New Combo" button on the upper right corner.

cool, thank you. can i choose a color for the specific combo that falls outside of the palette i set at the beginning?
