First upload your beatmap via Beatmap Submission System (Go to File > Upload Beatmap) and put it in Work In Progress / Help, then go to Modding queues and post in queues which your map satisfies the rules for aditionally in-game you can go to (+New > #modreqs) and post your beatmap link in there to ask for modding
