ranking criteria pages are pretty weirdly designed from a wiki perspective -- specifically the "glossary" system where osu-words are defined only on this article, yet are useful elsewhere in the wiki
so along with the new initiative of creating stubs for every osu-term in the wiki (see https://github.com/ppy/osu-wiki/projects/3), i've decided to incorporate this system into the ranking criteria

essentially this moves glossary content to relevant rules (if used only once) or to separate wiki articles (if used multiple times)
it'd be worth getting some input on these changes before pushing them forward
