This thread is a continuation of user Technocoder's topic on running osu! on macOS [ community/forums/topics/682197 ].
I am an iOS / macOS dev and it was pretty easy to get it running. macOS Catalina requires apps to be signed and that's about it. Download osu! from the MEGA link posted by Technocoder [ https://mega.nz/#!RgURDYQA!phZuRHSqem4T2VpgwAzmrHVk1G4I2FhkeIQ9asiq1zw ] and put the app in your Applications folder.
To sign the app, you need this app called CodeSigner available at [ https://rapidgator.net/file/8330b89d8df08517a5ebef1ed5241250/CodeSig093b4.zip.html ] and do a "Deep" code sign. It will show "quarantine failed" but that seems normal, and osu! will start running without any issues (so far).
