I am a middle school student,and I am addicted to OSU when I meet this game maybe two weeks ago and I find this game is so amazing and it effects my studying.It 's a really serious problem because now I am stressed about my score:I got all A last year but I think I 'll get B or C this time.But it is too hard for me to keep away from OSU eventhough I know how serious it is.Can somebody give me some advice ?

if you keep calling it OSU instead of osu!, the problem will resolve itself.
on a more serious note, if you don't care enough about your grades, you will either fail the tests, or the exams, or half-ass the tasks you've been assigned to. on the contrary, if you do, no possible distraction can completely stop you from studying.
in other words, poor grades will be only a symptom of your lack of interest with respect to classes.

Just think about 9.7 million students enter the exam and just 70% of them can enter the universitys,also a lot of universitys are just like rubbish!It's about 20% students can enter a normal university(not a rubbish university)

I mean it's great if you enjoy the game. I was in middle school when I discovered osu!.
just dont play to the point where your hand hurts. I did that and now I possibly have carpal tunnel.
Do play, BUT TAKE FREQUENT BREAKS. And school is first.

I'm also at the point of preparing for a college admission test. To deal with osu addiction I just put a lot of books at my desk to study with, but I sometimes get a bit distracted and open some social media
I read somewhere that you can't keep your attention span for too long. I'd suggest having a cycle where you study for 50 minutes and then take a coffee break in the next 10 minutes.
Having a separate space for you to study on is also pretty good so the environment of playing and studying don't get mixed up. I took this idea from people who works at home and usually have a separate room for working

my mom used to be "addicted" to candy crush (her words, not mine) and she reached level 1000 or something huge like that. she told me that deleting the game from her phone fixed her problem.
