I was thinking of trying to map Ain't Got Rhythm from Phineas and Ferb, do you know if that would be allowed?

Worst thing that can happens is that they dmca it. But if it's on youtube, they probably don't care about it anyway. Osu staff will not take down a map on their own accord.
