There could be a kind of dump where we could put our incomplete beatmaps we gave up on. People would be able to just pick one to finish it off, and of course they'd take credit for it. Myself, I have 4 incomplete beatmaps, it'd be cool if someone used the work I've already done. And I'm sure people would appreciate this feature.
