Greetings! This is the main office of KatouMegumi's Independent OT Research Laboratories! We are an independent research laboratory, investigating many cases of portals and certain frogs in their natural habitat and shitposting identification measures.

Our current research concludes that portals lead to other places on OT, as our brave test subjects that had signed "No Liability" contracts had proved by going through said portals! It was risky, but test subjects had signed the contracts, stating they have no right for our liability if anything goes wrong.

One of our current research projects tackles generically engineered catgirls. I will soon be injecting myself with the catgirl serum to prove of its zero to none harm. Nya. ^_^

Experiment outcomes

We strive for ultimate transparency at KatouMegumi's Independent OT Research Laboratories. Our research logs would be made publicly accessible as soon as possible in the next days.

Provide it to those that seek it, what else would I possibly do with it. I am a head of a responsible organization, the serum was tested on rats with human genome already, all genetic descrepancies already eleiminated. Human tests about to commence.

I am fearing what you will do with the serum. You can say you won’t be doing anything malicious, but wanting to steal a face just yesterday is quite disturbing...

Of course, I assume you are working safely and with a permit that is governed to you by the ot government, yes? One that you are able to provide us with; would be a good idea, just so people know you’re safe.

The tests are private and test subjects are from a different location, however I have already used the serum on myself (which I don't need permission from others to), and as you can see I am perfectly fine and in perfect state of mind.
However, if anything goes wrong with me or test subjects, I will immediately report it to public.

Using test subjects from foreign locations puts not only OT’s reputation, but the R.O.S’s reputation at major risk. If something goes wrong, the people in charge of regulating potentially dangerous chemicals (the R.O.S) is to blame.

Mind you, I am not affiliated with abraker's government owned research laboratory in any way. All our chemicals are sourced from outside of OT. Test subjects also signed "no liability" contracts. KatouMegumi's Independent OT Research Laboratories officially conducts its experiments outside of OT, approved by the local government representatives. Our main office is located at OT, where no experiments are conducted.

All of this is hogwash unless you are able to provide proof. Otherwise, it just looks like someone who is okay with bringing dangerous chemicals into our premises.

But do as you wish, you aren’t in court or anything. I obviously can’t force you to be transparent; it’s entirely up to you.

However, my hearing got enhanced and using cup style headphones now is a bliss, as I can now hear not only music, but also outside.

Isn't the tail pretty useful as a fifth limbs though? I am sure you are just not used to it, when you'll get the hang of it you will love the versatility it gives you.

On another note, I seem to be able to understand cats. Pheromone communication is nice, but all the cats fall into immediate confusion upon seeing me. Some refused to acknowledge my being, others got curious. There was one Siamese male who tried to woo-hoo me. How pitiful.

I brought the cat to the lab, as he lacked a collar anyway. I placed him in a container with female rat catgirl specimen.

Please be ill advised that using people from other subforums as test subjects is going to produce vastly different results than using test subject from OT. Must we forget why 99% alcohol was banned? G&R was a tragedy that revealed how vastly different denizens of there react to active chemicals than denizens here.

I had gathered the cat's Semyon samples, but it seems that the Semyon sample is useless, as it's dead. I'll still keep the cat in the labs, for genetic material.
The purpose of the container experiment was to fertilise the rat and see if it'll give birth. Previous rat container experiments had shown rats being pregnant after human Semyon samples, before and after the serum. Experiment had failed for now, since one of the test objects is infertile.

While I had let the cat out to roam around the laboratories, his interest was caught on a certain frog experiments.

For certain, I can say it's just a lemonade juice, as catgirl serum is of opaque white color.
You can still send the sample for analysis, though.

It had come to my attention that denizen levesterz might have stolen a prototype catgirl serum and used it on themselves. After checking inventory numbers I have found out that 126th ampule of catgirl serum was missing. This specific ampule was synthesized in the middle of lab rat stage tests and will have negative consequences on humans. I suggest that denizen levesterz hands themselves down to proper OT authorities.

Denizens, if you hear someone with cat ears yapping "Nya" anywhere, please report them to me or OT authorities.

Denizen levesters' genetic samples were analyzed. There is a trace of ampule 126 genome, a TRACE of it - meaning this is corporate espionage! Someone stole the sample and modified it, poorly. The culprit must be found and prosecuted properly.

Meanwhile, I am creating a modified variant of the serum to revert the changes from modified stolen ampule 126.

One more thing, a sample of trashipitus in a sealed tube is being attracted towards illegal modified sample of ampule 126. No reaction to copy of original ampule 126, ampule 127.

I have already made a reverse serum for levesterz, will even hand out a proper catgirl serum.
But the current situation is urgent and I must create a cure from twisted parodu syndrome, as denizen patient levesters seems to suffer from it.

Day 3 after consumption of catgirl serum:
I had gone to an anime convention. They thought I was cosplaying some kind of OC. All 4 of my ears hurt, one of the pairs physically. Need to go to vet store and buy animal hygeine products.

Also, 50 ampules of catgirl serum had been prepared for eblf in exchange for his lemonade stands.

I can guarantee that actual catgirl serum has no side effects as shown on levesterz. Again, my suspicions is that someone stole early prototype of catgirl serum (ampule 126) and modified it with malicious intent.

Update. Human testing of catgirl serum is now concluded. No side effects were found, besides fucking weebs craving for it like madmans.
I have also made catgirl reversion serum and applied it on myself.
Production of catgirl serum (and catgirl reversion serum) is officially in order. Catgirl serum and catgirl reversion serum may be bought from any apothecary or any other laboratories. Availability at A-Breaking Laboratories not guaranteed.

Also, source code and genome deobfuscsation files had been released so you can synthesize it at home and make desired modifications. Just be careful so you don't turn your brain into fish oil if you are irresponsible.

Besides the catgirl serum development coming to an end, I have something else to announce.
KatouMegumi's Independent OT Research Laboratories is commencing on a space exploration mission!
Our main goal is to find alien life and establish diplomatic communication.
We also may exchange technology.

So. I flew out of our system, boarded a weird anarchy space station. A lot of its employees got quickly interested in my catgirl serum. However, I don't have their space bank account thingy. Instead they offered some yellow insulated gloves, with a "budget" tag on them. That'll work, I guess. They also said some company named "Nanotrasen" had hired them to work on the station. Guess I gotta do some research on it.

Good timing, R.O.S. abraker. There seems to be a power source called "Singularity". I shall disadvise you from EVER employing it and I call OT Government to ban Singularity-based energy sources. If improperly set up, it will bring doom to all of OT and its neighbors. Even Nanotrasen themselves had switched to alternate energy source for their space station.

After a long hiatus, it's finally back! At that time, I had been researching more in the field of abraker impersonation. I had managed to trick abraker into spewing his decryption keys right into my hands.
Unfortunately, after injecting the new abraker impersonation serum, something went wrong and I basically turned into anime god. I am not sure if I should be happy or worried. Such power is enough to nuke OT and everything else beyond imagination, the world would just go poof if I was to use this power.
I will continue my research in hopes of reversing this fortunate-unfortunate transformation.

Wait... Could it be some secret mode in abraker's DNA to rule the world!? Hope not...
