Hi! I am looking to start learning gfx and I feel like making gfx for osu would be a good start. I am especially interested in learning things like animated user page/beatmap banners. I have done some basic things with GIMP. I have a background in art in general. The software I have is GIMP, paint.net, and Medibang (I am willing to get others if they are free). If anyone can point me in the right direction or help in anyway I would greatly appreciate it!

Seriously? Wow! I had no idea? Would that be better than something like GIMP? Where can I find tutorials for things like user page banners for that? Thanks a bunch.
There are no dedicated video tutorials for osu graphics, afaik.
