hmm...I think for such a song more soft-sample may seem better....normal-sample with low volume makes the player in low spirits....

Sorry for being late, have had lots of requests lately
[General]
1M-5M-11,5M or EHII doesnt look good as a diff spread, i recommend you add a Normal to fill the gap in between Easy and Hard.

[All Difficulties]
It's really awkward to have kiai so close to the start of the song, no matter the situation, there's even been choruses at start of songs, but these choruses dont need kiai, remember kiai is to focus the strongest parts of the song and the later choruses do that better, so i recommend you remove the 1st kiai.

[Extreme]
02:17:261 (2,1,2,1) - The shape of these jumps looks rather weird to me, considering how all your patterns have looked pretty up until this point.
02:18:809 (2,1,2,1) - ^
02:25:970 (4,1) - Switch new combo.

[Hard]
01:14:938 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3) - This plays really untuitively it's hard to tell weather these are jumps or not or anti-jumps or something while in mid play since the song's like crying for you to use some jumps here, in fact i dont even hear what the 1st 2 triplets are following, I recommend you rethink this pattern a bit here, and maybe use some jumps with the last triplet since it's following the vocals, and the vocals seem to go "SA-SE-TE!" would play more intuitively that way.
01:54:809 (7) - Hard to see, the hitcircle is near the top and covered by an sldier all the time, the 2 hitcircles near it are making the approach circle hard to see as well.

00:50:164 ~ 00:55:970 - The rythm of the claps in here doesnt sound good at all, mainly because you're using claps on slider repeats that are on red ticks (upbeat ticks) making the rythm sound really weird.
01:53:648 (3) - The repeat feels really awkward (and is creating an awkward slidertick too) i recommend you drop the repeat and make it into a single slider of the same length.

01:16:486 (3) - To capture the lyric in this section, i recommend you use a repeat slider that links the whole triplet in the vocal.

That's all that's remaining, as far as i can see, pretty nice map, i love how you capture the feel of the song that's playing in the background with the map itself, really suits the song if i were to make a suggestion to make it feel better on [Extreme] 00:48:615 (3,4) This sliders would feel better curved up to capture the change in pitch of the song, but up to you if you want to change =P

@banvi: Makjang insists that you modified his Taiko map and applied something which he didn't want to apply, without discussing him. (00:37:777~) He's quite angry now. To be honest I've experienced something like this situation a lot and it makes the maker of the guest diff really mad, so don't do that next time.

EDIT:
By the way, this Taiko map is quite nice except that fact.
