You could just seed imba teams like China, Korea, Netherlands and such and build up another tournaments where average teams play, and then like if you seed 5 teams, the 3 best teams of the other tournament get to play the pro one, that'd be cool. They did this at the biggest DotA tournaments, so normal teams had a chance to achieve something.

The Cup will start 21st february
All timetables will be announce
Informations
The first stage of the cup will be divided for continent (example Europe country vs Europe country, etc.. etc..)
All matches will be a knockout
We are looking for 32 countries, if there will be not enough countries, cup's stages will be modeled for the number reached
Each country will be represented from a "captain" who will choose the members of the team and will inform players about timetables
Captains will be choosen by language specific topics or discussions in IRC specific language channels made by trusted players/staffers
Teams will be made up of 4 players and 2 backups in case one or more players are not available to play
Each round will be given a list of 15 Beatmaps chosen by a staff member of the tournament (a non-player), countries can choose one of these beatmaps to play for the match (I recommend you prepare another choice in case your opponent chooses the same map), We will make beatmap packs containing the 15 beatmaps for every match
Match Informations
The matches will be played in a private room created by one of two captains
Settings will be osu! standard, 4 vs 4 players, Team vs mode and win condition for score
The country that will get best total score (Total score of all players) will win the map
The only mod accepted is No Video
In the case of a 1-1 draw, there will be a default thirs map to play that will be decided by the cup staff
When a team fails, the other one automatically wins
Rules
One of two captains must post the link of the multiplayer history in this thread after the match, you can find it when you join the room into the chat (Example : http://puu.sh/QiG)
If a team will not be present at the match, will be considered like a 2-0 for the other one (teams are obliged to wait the other country for at least 15 minutes)
Every form of cheats will be punished with the disqualification of the team

You are free to export your replay after the match and send it on the forum or to Lunah on PM for the video of the cup

I insist, pro teams should be seeded, every tournament in the world has pro teams already seeded, generally using as a basis a previous tournament, but since we don't have one here, I guess Lunah and his staff should just pick 4 teams and get them seeded (China, Korea, Netherlands and Poland maybe?).

kinda sad that i'm the only belgian player and i'm far from good enough to even make a little stand ^^You can join the france team lunah said it's okay for germany/austria to form a team together so why not belgium/france?.
EDIT : Lunah why did you add that team, I only meant it as a joke, i'm taking a break from osu, anface broke his tablet and the other players are not even aware of this tournament.
