Are you asking because you want to make a fairy tail skin yourself? Because you don't really need the public's opinion to do that, you seem to want one, so just make it.
Just replace certain files from a skin with specific images from Google. You can even use a program like paint.net, Gimp, or Photoshop to move, orient, or position them to your liking.
