1. Ability to see other players' chat highlight words when you click their user panel in F9

2. Ability to adjust the sound effect volume (while in play, like Universal). Some mp3s have softer volume, so the SFX overpowers the music.

3. Add Universal Volume adjusting to the Key Bindings in Options. (and also SFX if you decide to add that)

Didn't word that correctly.. lemme fix, i meant changing it while playing, like Universal. Its a pain heading to Options all the time XD

I expected peppy to say no to 2 because it's "supposed to be checked during the modding process"
