I think the values are a bit too weighted towards the higher named maps. You can't even get "The Skilled" unless you play up to Aleph meaning the first 11 Dans out of 19 only gets you to rank 3 out of 10.
Aka completing 57% of Dans only gets you to 30% of Title position. However it's even lower than that as Rookie is just given even if you do nothing so really you only gain 2 titles by playing 11/19 maps. I get the packs are weighted in a way so to get Legend you either need every named pack except Shin along with most of the numbered Dans or you can get Shin all on it's own which I think is fine.
Imo it should be weighted so the titles pretty much correspond to the number of levels of Dans. So let's ignore Rookie Rank and Shin Dan (as this gives all titles for 1 map) that would put us at 9 ranks and 18 Dans.
Ideally
Rookie = Can clear 0th & 1st Dan
The Apprentice = Can clear 2nd & 3rd (or higher Dans)
The Advanced = Can clear 4th & 5th (or higher Dans)
The Skilled = Can clear 6th & 7th (or higher Dans)
The Expert = Can clear 8th & 9th (or higher Dans)
The Veteran = Can clear 10th & Aleph (or higher Dans)
The Champion = Can clear Beth & Ghimel (or higher Dans)
The Unstoppable = Can clear Zayin & Lamed (or higher Dans)
The Indestructable = Can clear Samech & Tsadi (or higher Dans)
The Legend = Can clear all dans except Shin (or can clear Shin Dan)
So how would the values need to change?
Rookie = 0-10 Points (0th & 1st only gives 10 points)
Apprentice = 15-25 Points (0th thru 3rd gives 25 points)
Advanced = 30-50 (0th thru 5th gives 50 points)
Skilled = 55-85 (0th thru 7th give 85 points)
Expert = 90-135 (0th thru 9th gives 135 points)
Veteran = 140-215 (0th thru Aleph gives 215 points)
Champion = 220-390 (0th thru Ghimel gives 390 points)
Unstoppable = 395-940 (0th thru Lamed gives 940)
Indestructable = 945-3000 (0th thru Tsadi gives 3040)
Legend = 3000+ (Shin or almost all other Dans to achieve)
