Can someone send a link to the skin which has these hitsounds? Seems like its not the real Azerite but modded with this hitsounds

You're probably just hearing him pressing keys on his keyboard, thinking that they're the hitsounds. This seems like normal Azerite v1.2 to me.

I dont know how to discribe this sound which I hear because of my bad english. Nevertheless, there is a sound which appears on the unaccented beat (the last beat of the tact)

I couldn't find any differences. Might be because the beatmap has weird hitsounding? Or that you have beatmap hitsounds enabled? I'm fairly certain he is using unmodified Azerite.
