Hard Rock mod, no more flip

The Hard Rock mod does a variety of things.
One of them is flipping the map upside down.
I propose to remove this effect.

Argument: It ruins storyboards.

Mods only accounts for altering the game play aspects and not considering the cosmetics of a map (i.e. storyboard) to a point where it gives the player an option to make the play harder or easier. And if you are somewhat seen a play stream, most players tend to disable storyboard and dim the background for easier visual recognition.
