While I do go to sleep at 5-7 a.m. I'm waking up pretty late as well so it balances out. School hasn't started just yet and I rarely need to go outside for anything so I'm not really getting negatively effected all that much.
Gonna have to fix my sleeping schedule before school starts up though. Bummer.
I get tired when I get more than 5 hours of sleep. I usually need to sleep for at least 20 hours before I feel rejuvenated. Around 3-4 hours per weekdays, 5 on the weekends.
