In-game profile editor and viewer

Get an in-game profile/profile settings editor so we don't have to jump between the site and the game all the time. Also get a profile viewer so we can quickly check someone else's (or our own) stats.

That's my idea!

I don't believe you can edit anything yet in osu!lazer, but you can already view your/other people's profiles by clicking on their name in chat or through the "social browser" (basically the extended chat view in the current version of the game, accessible by clicking F9). I'm fairly certain one of the goals of lazer is the ability to access most things in-game instead of needing to use a separate browser.
