this is a challenge in my name it's easy.
Sometimes you play maps too hard for your level , and you end up with a bad accuracy/score.
So there's an idea i came up for this year 2019
from the Dark Souls Challenge.
S rank = safe
A rank = calves/calf up
B rank = calf +Squat
C rank = calf +Squat +Push up
D/FAIL = calf +Squat +Push up +Abdos
you can change the program for your own purpose
like make it harder/easier just adding
-ppscore
-accuracy handicap
-other exercise (streching muscle - breathing)
or no doing the challenge this year
