This beatmapset that I made:

has 2 difficulties that both would be called "Insane" (first is 3.89* second is 5.09*)
I can't name the second one something else because the map will probably get a GD with a higher difficulty.
The 3.89* is currently named [Hyper] but I'm not sure if that would fit the ranking criteria.
