Fucking kill me, please.
I've just had the strangest shit happen during school.
I was in 1st period, English, when I suddenly got a sharp, tormenting cramp in the center of my stomach. I dealt with it for a while, thinking it'd just be occasional and it would go away, but for the while that I endured, I slowly realized it was getting really fucking concerning. I couldn't take the pain and decided to try and get the substitute teacher to send me to the nurse's office, since I was feeling like shit.
I asked where the nurse was, and it turned out the nurse hadn't been there. I was directed to go to the attendance office to call my dad to pick me up. He didn't answer my calls as he just told me that his phone was usually off, thinking that normally people don't call him at that time. I was doubled over in the attendance office, trying to get a hold of my breathing while the staff went to take care of a fight somewhere. After about 15 minutes, the pain slowly subsided, and in its place was a really sore spot of my abdomen. I asked if I could return to class as the bulk of the pain subsided and I thought I could come back if anything happened.
Leaving the office hallway, I realized my face felt tingly and shit. I also threw up in my mouth.
I got to class, but was only there for 2 or 3 minutes before I was told that my dad had come by to pick me up. I decided to go with him and the hall monitor who came by to notify me. She told me the reason my senses felt tingly was because of what was essentially a panic attack.
I'm home now. I'm taking a shit, trying to get a hold of myself. If I'm feeling better, then I can get back to school, but if shit still fucks me over, then I'm taking a trip to the doctor's, even the ER if I have to.
This fucking sucks.
I guess I know what a panic attack feels like now. I've felt it before but never knew that's what it was, but I've experienced panic attacks in the past whenever I overexert myself during PE, which so far, has always been due to running. My hands and fingers go numb, my legs go numb, I'll wind up dizzy and nauseous, I'll feel as if I were sweating, and those would continue to be overall terrible experiences.
Welp.
