i think it would help if you made the rule more visible. put it in a different bullet point.
Many ppl will only see the first few words of a paragraph and decide whether the paragraph contains the rules or not.
It doesnt help that the rule is put at the end of a paragraph talking abt GDs. You want ppl to notice the rule, not obscure it and make it hard to notice.
Just my 2 cents, pls dont get angry or anything.
