We started playing 2 days ago, since then I couldn't find him anywere, but he can find my profile and also send me messages than I can't see. Is there a reason for that? His name is "bastiango".

That user doesn't exist, the username is wrong or he's probably restricted.

If that's the case then they need to email accounts@ppy.sh, you can't do anything.
