Force set language as en-US,maybe current language/region encoding not good for you.

please provide Sync what you are using.
try to reverse EnableModsChangedAtListening value in "[OsuRTDataProvider.SettingIni]" in config.ini

Thanks and that's exactly what I've done, I opened the config again while Sync is running and took the screenshot. And I found out that the changes I made in config won't be reset after I restart Sync, but it never changes the way the PP counter display.

Plugin and Sync both support Win7.

It supports multi output methods just you find&modify OutputMethods in config,just add ',' as sperator among values.
