Mendes' background doesn't fade in, just a 50 ms fade would be nice. It would be simpler to do the backgrounds and text via osb, and have the warnings beatmap specific.
The backgrounds are also way too big, 800x600 is supposed to be the maximum for storyboards, whereas 1024x768 is max for backgrounds. Since you really are using them for backgrounds I don't think breaking the guideline would hurt.
