I'm really confused with this whole "artist - song", "song - artist" thing, as I've always been accustomed to "artist - song". It's weird, but also kinda interesting to acknowledge.
I've always done song title first because if I was to verbally speak to someone about a song, I'd say (song title) by (artist). Dunno if there actually is a correct or incorrect way though.
Ah, I suppose that makes sense. I'd verbally speak of a song in that manner and order too, I just dont really do it in text. Whenever I do refer to a song in the middle of messages, I just cite the song title, and as for the artist name, I'd just type "[song] by [artist]" instead of "[song] - [artist]".
