I just used it in my beatmap so I decided to share it to other people who wanted to use it so, here you go:
(Since I don't know how to delete a post I'm just going to put this here, I'm no longer putting up the download now.)

Update**
I decided I'm going to finish it! (yeeeyy)
It's now going to be a normal touhou skin just with a lot clownpiece xd
(Also please delete cursor trail)
