i had 0.9ms constantly in osu before now i have 2.5 ms why is that my settings didnt change its all the same

Have you done any windows updates? or moved osu! folder?

i moved osu folder back to default location which is the appdata folder because someone told me to do that and yes my windows has all the updates

Press F5 once and wait for all your maps to process if this doesn't help, delete "osu.db" from your osu! folder and restart osu, your maps should process again but you will no longer have higher ms.
