Seeing as the room is burning, I'd assume the rest of the house is, too. Thus, the door out is a no-go, seeing as the handle would likely scorch my hand. That leaves the windows, which I luckily keep open in summer. I'd roll off the bed to get underneath the smoke, trying to regain vision at least. Seeing as I can't breathe, I'd reckon I don't have much time. Then I'd check if the curtains are burning. If they aren't, I'd rip them off, tie them to my bed and climb down from the window, using the curtains as a rope. If not, I'd just jump out, feet first, but slightly bent, so they absorb the impact. Maybe do a roll too when I hit the ground to dampen the impact even more.
