Offset +4ms

[Krisom's Another]
All hitobjects are on blue ticks? why?, it's really hard to hit 300s, please move to the appropiate tick.

[Ouran's Heavy]
Preview point is 10 ms later than all the other diffs.

Always check your beatmap after doing offset changes... specially if they are big, or use "Scale to new timing" instead of "snap to new timing" that way hitobjects will move along with the offset, this is the main reason why most hit objects are on blue ticks

IRC Modding - Seriously go through both of your diffs and make SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING OK, because it keeps messing up somehow, oh and also use Standard Submission for now, since you dont need to keep reuploading your mp3 and other stuff and it takes longer

To Sakura Hana:

Edit 1: I've checked your current offset and that Lybydose gave me before and Lyby's offset sounded better on All Diffs, even with new mp3 encoded. So maybe that" confusion" is maybe caused by your offset change. I'm maybe wrong but i'll double check to make sure.

the offset really is 70-74 for the new mp3

And offset change doesnt screw up notes like that, BPM and slider speed changes can do, and lag while mass moving notes i heard can cause that too, next time you do an offset change, select ALL timing sections and do +/- number to the offset, and select "Scale to new timing" then hit ok, all notes will move along with the new offset and it won't cause problems, and will also ensure all the timing sections are ok.

I think you went a bit too spinner-happy on Light and Standard difficulties. 6 spinners in 74 seconds of play time, maybe take 2 spinners out? This is just my opinion. Everything else looks good to me. STAR~

Thoughts and Suggestions
- The light on the moon looks weird, it actually doesn't cover the moon completely, but it covers the letters, so it looks pretty weird D: What do you think about changing it for a red-colored moon? This would be the result (http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/45665). I have the image, tell me if you wanna use it :3

Issues and Adjustments
- Delete the following unused files (Remember to Full Submit after changing this):
  1. SNOW.png
~ 00:09:547 - Hmm, what about following the flute sound instead of following the drum beat with the light here? The flute is for sure more noticeable and I think it would look better as effect.
~ 01:01:828 to 01:06:038 - Use the moon effect on those finishes?
~ 01:16:038 - Instead of making it fading in/out on equal intervals, what about following the rythm of the song?
~ 01:20:688 - 008 (the one at the top of the screen) suddenly flips vertically here.
~ 01:29:986 - This part looks pretty busy with the 3 lyrics lines, maybe fade the two at the bottom? Also, maybe make 15 fade when the singer stops singing?

Did you really fix the storyboard? o_O The things you said OK to are the same as when I modded it. I won't force you to do it, of course, but I thought you were going to change them if you said ok to them xD

Also I see the new "font effect" image, but you don't use it at all on the SB. So I'm thinking you maybe copied the wrong .osb file? I downloaded your .rar file and it didn't change anything so you probably confused something, I don't know. Call me when you know what happened! x3

Anyways, I noticed this map is sooo old so I'll give you a general mod to see if you can get a bubble :P

~General~
- The timing must be the same on all difficulties. Standard and Ouran's Another have a different offset. Please fix it and don't forget to resnap!!

~Light~
01:16:210 (1) - I recommend to move the spinner a whole 1/1 beat earlier, the endpoint of the spinner and the start of the next slider are too close for the easiest diff...

~Standard~
- I find the AR way too much for this diff o_o. Decrease it 1-2 ticks? I'd say 2 better.

~Taiko Muzukashii~
- Hmm the recommended slider velocity for taiko diffs is 1.4: I've been asking around and it seems to be to not to make the map unreadable, so I guess 1.10 works fine here?

- According to Rokodo's Taiko mapping guide, drumrolls shouldn't be followed by other drumrolls. I guess you should change 00:43:578 (147,148) and 00:59:017 (119,120,121) then xP

Ouran used custom hitsounds (Taiko hitsounds) so i think that's your problem is solved there.

I did. In fact, I re-downloaded to get the new SB image, but the storyboard is the same as when I modded it for the first time. The leaves image is fixed though o3o... I'll redownload it again D:

Well, the lack of hitsounds should be fixed. I don't hear any hitsound from half to the end of the song ._. Using a custom hitnormal and not adding hitsounds is the same as using the default one, and there's plenty of room for hitsounds on that part D:

Yay finally, i'll throw in a pink star because i loved this map :V

I see an extra Move Key Frame on SB\03. Not sure if that is intentional but wanted to inform you on that. Also, the light purple (combo color #1) its blending with the shades of purple from the background and sometimes lost with the SB but is much harder to see when the kiai bursts out. Same issue for the light yellow (combo color #2) though not as bad, it sometimes get consumed by the BG and worse with the kiai flashes. Try to adjust the colors to improve the visability and playability of the map since not everyone would like staring at the monitor10 inches away to see things.....

[Ouran's Challange]

00:27:789 (3,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,1,2,1,2,3,4,5) - The volume is a bit too low in this section. Please incease it at least to a reasonable level (50% would be nice....)

Other than that, the rest of the map seems fine and Taiko seems to be well made. Come back to me after the minor fixes are made.

Alright then. After some reveiw and fixes, the map is all good. Ranked.
