the source file I got was being really stupid, so I had to do some things I'm not proud of. However the end result is much better than I expected. Apparently lossy transformations don't really have that much affect on videos if you are going to resize it later. Hope you enjoy. There's a 7 MB (what I think all osu videos should be at or around) and 9.5 MB (bitrate 1027, same as yours) file.

AR -1 I just increased it with +1
SliderSpeed -0,3x (After that, you'll have to check the distance snapping of ALL notes and the slider lengths)
After all, the Insane use 1,40x of slider speed.
